WGS Delivery Auditor

A command-line tool that audits whole-genome-sequencing deliveries on an rclone / WebDAV remote and reports per-sample completeness (FASTQ pairs and checksums) — catching truncated or missing deliveries before analysis begins. It reads directory metadata only, so nothing is downloaded and it scales safely to thousands of samples.

A comparative-genomics study of methicillin-resistant vs. susceptible S. aureus. It parses GenBank genomes with Biopython to extract CDS features, locate the mecA resistance gene and quantify pairwise sequence divergence across three strains — a reproducible worked example of tracking the genetic basis of antibiotic resistance.
